His twenty-five years of experience includes a variety of projects such as corporate training & development, entrepreneurial management, business start-ups and executive education.

As a certified management consultant, and certified practitioner of MBTI® and the Polaris® Competency Suite, Dan publishes the monthly column on Organization Leadership in the Capitol Region Business Journal, and has been retained by Covance, UW Credit Union, MTM International, Planning Design Build, Suby Von Haden & Associates, Time Warner Cable and Placon Corporation.

As a retired corporate executive of a global manufacturing organization, Jim was sought out by his peers and other leaders throughout our family of companies with similar issues. They were willing and interested in getting assistance on how best to work through the issues. Jeanne brings nearly twenty years of experience as a leadership and organizational development professional. Her experiences range from top to bottom: front-line employees to senior executives. Jeanne's passion is isolating the true outcome that clients deserve and desire, following up with design and facilitative interventions that are creative and engaging to the adults who participate with her.

She has been responsible for strategic planning, performance assessment, needs analysis, instructional design, intervention selection, knowledge transfer, evaluation and measurement of all leadership and organization development within a global manufacturer and as an external consultant.

A creative leader with a no nonsense approach to problem solving, she has spent 30 years in a variety of executive leadership positions before retiring from a Fortune 1000 company. Sought out as a mentor and coach she has helped many recognize their strengths as leaders providing them great personal achievement and key roles in the corporations success. Laurie approaches her work and her life by helping individuals and organizations realize their full potential. As a consulting associate and former executive, her focus will be helping executives and business owners through executive coaching.

Laurie's 35 year career includes her role as a nurse, Xerox sales and sales management, and co-founder of Inacom Information Systems (now CORE BTS), where she served as CEO for 25 years until the time of sale in 2009.

Laurie brings strategic listening, insight, and focus to one-on-one discussions with CEOs and other executives. Her expertise includes leadership, strategic planning, organizational culture and values, sustainable growth strategies, succession planning, and discovering the opportunity side of every challenge.

Laurie combines a pragmatic, results oriented approach with empathy and awareness of the implications for everyone involved. She leverages existing strengths to maximize results and positive impact.

Bruce has specialized in assisting organizations choose and develop leaders, and has more than thirty years experience in leadership and consulting roles. His specific consulting expertise includes competency modeling, assessment centers, multi-rater surveys, leadership learning, leadership selection assessment, executive coaching, strategic planning & change management.

Bruce has consulted to over 100 public and private organizations, including the United States Departments of Energy, Defense, Interior, and Transportation, Nike Inc., The Walt Disney Company, Wendy's International Inc., Siemens, AT&T, NCR, Dow Corning, ITT Industries, Hallmark Cards, Callaway Golf, PETCO and Crayola.
